Finalize each agent
Name, permission envelope, evals, kill switch, human owner. No spec, no agent. These eight are not Fellner / Pelistar / Jarvis under new labels — they are this company’s first roster.
Internal cofounder memo · new agents · not the Hermes bot list · noindex
This company is not a villa website with chat on the side. It is eight new agents — Scanner, Prospecter, Evaluation master, Videomaker, Builder, Salesman, Fbmaster, Concierge — that write into a single CRM. That CRM is the house where agents, the team, and clients meet. Hermes profiles are not these agents. The team finalizes each spec and builds the home.

Arrows are handoffs. Every agent reads and writes the same CRM. Nothing lives only in a chat.
1 — Supply
2 — Product (same property, two artifacts)
3 — Revenue + guest
Expanded jobs
Plain language for the team that will write the final specs. Inputs in, CRM out, next agent waits on a clean record.
The house
Not eight Slack channels. Not a villa spreadsheet plus a side chat. One system of record. The team finalizes agents here. Clients are records here. Agent work is visible here. Prototype of the home to build — Ban Mekkala is a real Scout-era card, not fake guests.
What the human team does
Name, permission envelope, evals, kill switch, human owner. No spec, no agent. These eight are not Fellner / Pelistar / Jarvis under new labels — they are this company’s first roster.
CRM with properties, owners, guests, and a shared thread. Agents post. Humans join. Clients never see the factory — they see Concierge.
90 days — eight specs signed + CRM v0 with one property thread (Mekkala) that all agents can write.
Kill — if work still lives only in Hermes chats, we did not build a company.
